Playing waterloo i defused a c4 that was due to explode just on the end of map.
and i defused it just at that time. but the end progress bar stayed as if it had blown. attackers were still able to replant and win. progress bar never changed after this.
level progress not reset.

Ahhh, so that’s what you meant, I thought you had lost the “Defend” icon, looks like a progress bar issue then.
