Level 7 - Looking for an English speaking Asian Team

Just as the title says, I am looking for an English speaking team that is in Asia, as I live in Hong Kong.
I mostly play as Vassili so if you need a sniper, do come to me (other characters are possible, but do realize that I am a level 7 therefore I do not have any other characters).
