Level 20 but Appearances are relocked

My main character reached Rank 5 Level 20 and all “appearances” were unlocked
I created a new character in order to try the Challenge Objective #2.

I thought I would like to “respec” my Main character’s abilities but decided to try out the “Sell All” tab on the new character. Glad that I did as I saw that “respec” loses the character a level and the changes are “permanent”.

When I went to look at my Main character, I discovered that although it is still at Rank 5 and Level 20, now several of the appearances are relocked . Since the character is at Rank 5 Level 20, I will not be able to unlock them again.

Is there any way to fix this?
Does respeccing additional characters “corrupt” earlier characters?

I had two level 20 characters and a few lower level characters - all appearance items were unlocked. I respec’d the first level 20 character (coincidentally, my 01/10 character) and of course, the rank 5/level 20 items on all my characters were relocked (including on the other character who was still level 20).

I re-levelled the respec’d character back up to 20 and all the rank 5/level 20 appearance items were unlocked again (on all characters).

Respec’d the other level 20 character (number 03/10, from memory) and guess what? All rank 5/level 20 items across all characters locked again! Needless to say, I’m currently levelling that character back up to 20. :slight_smile:

As suspected, after my 03/10 character reached level 20 again, all those appearance items were unlocked again for all characters.
