level 1 players on minimum level 10 servers

only level 1s not 2 or 3 i think its quick join bug

Yeah, I spotted a level 1 on a server the other day. Inevitably he finished bottom of his team with 0 kills and 17 deaths. That’s not going to set a good impression for new folk.
