Left arm raised when dead

Sometimes when you are incapped at match end the left arm will go into a sort of twitch animation as seen below:

The hand will stay still, but the arm moves and then resets back to the original position and the animation repeats. I think it only happens with Bushwhacker.

I recall one of the devs mentioning that this is some sort of leftover from a 1st person incap animation that somehow still kicks-in in these conditions.
