Leet config!?

Hi,

I just wanna ask about the leet config!
What is it?

It’s an ordinary config which you claim to be better than any other config, hence it is “leet” because it is for the elite only.
Extra points are gained by engaging in continuous forum spamming sessions, telling how you found a better value for a particular setting and ranting that all other contenders don’t know what they are talking about.

The point is such a thing does not exist. It is usually just an usual config with grafix turned down to absolute minimum and has some “almost-legal” scripts (like anti-recoil or 180 degree turn), which the creator calls a leet config. I would call those noob configs rather than leet configs. They are nothing special and won’t make you a better person or player. It is just highly tweaked config to meet their needs. Every person and computer/monitor/mouse/keyboard/etc. has it’s own likings what comes to settings. A config that might be the best for someone (aka “leet”) might not be playable for you.

Basicly a good config is one of a kind and made for own needs. If you want a “leet config” I suggest you to sit down and learn the script and config tutorials from this site and make your own. That is the way to get the best config for yourself.
