Leaking...

What are the guidelines to prevent map leaking?

The map needs to be sealed from the “outside”. Meaning, your entities (player starts etc.) needs to be enclosed inside a solid walls.

yea, and if u really cant find the leak, make a hollow caulk box around your map^^

Are you saying my entities need to be encased inside transparent brushes? :???:

No the whole map should be placed inside one:

cccccccccccc
c c
c c
c mmm c
c mmmm c
c mmmm c
cccccccccccc

where c is caulk and m is map

whoops I mucked up the code first time

This is the absolutely worst thing you can do, never, ever fix a leak like this. You get rid of one problem and create a dozen new ones. Find and fix your leak(s), a caulk box like that can be ok while you build a map to temporary seal it off but nothing more.
