For the past 2 nights (going back to 9/4/13) my Launcher has not been updating the game client. There’s been zero change on my end as far as ISP is concerned (no router restarts, port forwarding changes etc).
I’m getting a download estimation of ‘more than a day remaining’ and I’m downloading at 15 bytes per second. No seeds/1 peer.
To add to this, the ‘verify all content’ button is greyed out… so short of uninstalling / reinstalling I’m at a loss.
I should also note that I’m able to download / stream / game in all the usual places.
Just an idea, open output.log in the main game folder with wordpad or something else then original notepad.
Maybe it gives error msgs, or some hint for you.
Here’s the info in that file. I’m seeing a syntax error and a 404. Then of course the end result says it’s up to date, while launch game et al are greyed still.

Strange enough it also says it has finished downloading? While on your screenshot there it is actually donwloading horribly slow…

Maybe its really best idea to reinstall the game. Though , that might be useless since you did nothing and it worked some days ago?
Yeah took a screenshot of my ‘About’ and it seems to match up with yours – although as we can see again my buttons are disabled. I think I’ll try a reinstall for the hell of it.

Ninja Edit: Although with only 18 people online maybe I’ll wait until tomorrow to see if any SD peeps are interested in troubleshooting.
I had the same problem, when I uninstalled and reinstalled I now have 3 seeds and 3 peers downloading at about 3.49 megs a second.
I’ll be seeding basically forever with a 65mb/s upload speed. Hopefully that’ll get you guys where you need to be.
-edit I finished downloading the game and now the verify game files button is no longer greyed out.
Thanks for the heads up Sniff – I ended up doing the same tonight. Uninstalled and redownloaded and things are workin fine.
