1, Weapons no longer damage though glass but still give hit sounds.
2, Standard loadout cards now say EPIC on them.
3, Card Opening screen does not fill 1440p resolution.
4, Defib Charge sound playing after death is still happening.
5, Dome second objective spawn for attackers spawns them infront of enemies
6, Bolt Action sniper has no audio on reload.
7, Bolt Action sniper camera issue when unscoping from a shot.
8, Players walking infront of you can now cancel a defuse, help up and drop off.
9, Random stutter (like the join stutter without the join)

Dunno if it’s just coincidence, but after having a pretty stable build before this, in the first hour of playing the new build it’s totally frozen 5 times,

I don’t really know how it works, but I don’t think all of my map xp should go to Vassil when I never played him on the map.

I did have him selected for respawn for a long time, but every time I died, I was revived.

The auto-respawn doesn’t work properly. It will pop up ‘Press F12 to respawn’ but this does nothing (nor does the usual F) - space bar does though after much trial and error button mashing.

somethin is buged with the squadbilder
while connected to a server i can choose mercs… but not on a server i have to live with the randomly assigned one (witch i dont like)
like Nail found out this is so til level 6

was at lvl 4 originally, so not much change there, you can get there playing 2 rounds on an empty server

Refreshing the server browser highlights US East - Objective 8v8 - 02 no matter which server you had selected.

I havent played for 2 patches now. When the game freeze the whole computer, I just give up and uninstall.

I get it now.

The DB has a game within its outer shell. The true game is to find the bugs.

Btw, I still havent gotten feedback if they fixed the bug I found ages ago, about bullets making hitsounds, but not making damage.

Are you sure its not just delay from ping (You die before the server registered your hits as valid)?

Its either directly responsive hitsounds, or delay on hits registered by server, like in W:ET (puffs of ‘smoke/blood-hit’ following a player getting hit)

You have confused the problem

Below is some parts of the thread, in case that forum would cease to exist.

I have tested the headshot damage zones and there seems to be some problems.

Hitting from same distance with for example Deagle can generate a death from 2 hits to 4 (and 7 hits in a few extreme cases)
The enemy was a player with an antenna party infront of his face.
I tested hitting top of head, lower part of head - the mouth, and directly through antenna, with inconsistent results.
The 7 hits to kill, extreme case was when shooting directly in front.
The 4 hits to kill took place in various places.
All hits were carefully aimed at the specific place on the head, and I took notice if it generated an head-hitsound to qualify as a registered headshot…

I tested this on a server with 2 players, where I killed an AFK player in not ready mode.

Do you developers on this game, or other people have insight or knowledge what is going on?

Also if the hitzones and damage zones + distance could be explained I would appreciate it.

this is a known bug, it started a long ago when sounds were faster than actual rate of fire of certain weapons. i think this probably it. OR mb netcode drawback. as far as i remember devs said they are working on it. so nothing to actually realy worry about at this moments.
this does not help to know how much dmg you realy deal, ofc. often get killed, because i rush to finnish a guy who appears to be pretty healthy =))))

The fire audio not matching the actual fire rate of the weapon is a seperate issue, this one sounds like some hits aren’t dealing damage (Which is way worse!)

Music volume resets back to 100 when restarting game, but UI gives previous value.

The game is pretty much unplayable atm (for me anyway). It crashes all the time (here is the latest one - when a game ended and was in lobby at map vote) and is so jumpy you can’t play. It also takes in the order of 4 minutes to get from nexon launcher to the main menu, it’s just incredibly slow. The maps take at least 3 minutes to load, by which point I can’t change merc as the round has begun.

I’m also getting some crash on connect when Nexon Launcher then askes me to click send (which I assume sends a crash report) but there is no further information available to me.

You can set your clantag to 5 chars using setClanTag but the main menu only lets you use 4, however you can put a larger range of characters in there unlike setClanTag.

Just a quick update on some of these issues.

1: That bug has been logged and is being investigated.
2: Same as above, thanks for the report!
3: Is there any chance that you can nab a screenshot of the issue if you come across it again?
4: We fixed part of this, but it seems like it’s still occurring elsewhere, thanks for highlighting it!
5: If the enemy has failed to fall back quickly enough?
6: We’re investigating the rest of the points raised on this list.

Game has completely frozen about half the times I played, and had to kill with task manager. Is anyone else getting these freezes?

I get the same, game typically likes to freeze within first minutes after loading the map.

Sounds like our PCs are not up to date : P
