I want to make the most of it…but I’ve got WAAAAYYYYYY too much work to get done :frowning: …

Speaking of which…anyone looking for a quality game on iOS (speaking objectively here :P) should pick up RAD Soldiers, we’ve just released a pretty neat update for it (again…I might be slightly biased), so give it a go!

LOL, expecting a bunch of posts about servers down over next few days,

Pretty cool news. I think steam is essential at this point to get a f2p off the ground at a running pace.

My only fear is that so many people will try the game all at once (once the gates finally do open) that the experience will be impeded for everyone involved which will shy people away.

I haven’t gotten to play the game myself in quite a long time (been busy with other things and just waiting for it to shape up really well). So once it hits steam I’m more than ready to jump back in.

Balance and Maps need a few more passes before Open…

I find it disheartening that things like Forward spawns, Command Posts, Flags and someother things mentioned are not being taking as seriously as I wish they would…

Standing in a Yellow Square doesnt work and neither does taking stuff into an enemy spawn…

(Mustang) #8

Yellow squares are going, and yes I’d like to see more thought going into carry objective layouts and the introduction of more forward spawns, we don’t need to have a selectable spawn system to have forward spawns.

Okay, there are more concerns than what I stated, but I was talking in regards to steam specifically.

You guys should really learn how to use newsletters… try mailchimp; simple and effective.

What I’d like to see (at least for final objective) vs what we generally have now:

On the right drawing, why is the top box trying to insert its penis in the bottom square lunch box?

(Violator) #13

That’s why its WRONG!

Top green square = attackers, green = routes, bottom = defenders. Blue = objective.

Will DB use the Steamnick when it’s on steam ??? Cause I’d hate to see my smurfing potential go down the drain

(spookify) #15

Great questions and what about COLOR NAMES!!

(chippy) #16

I will only embrace colored nicknames if we get the option of turning them off.

This. I honestly hate that crap when it is just overly used.

I might be mistaken but I think on Steam, when a F2P game is still in development, the 1st stage is usually not free for the user. It becomes free to join only after a little while.
So I’m guessing there won’t be a flood of people joining at the very start, on Steam.

pretty sure release will be free
