Hi I didn’t receive my lantern trinket and i have more than 20h played, actually i’m in progress for the snowman but i received only the coal, pls help me

Same here on the #roadtowarmsnowman but still cant equip the lantern, not a huge biggy but would be nice if this could get fixed (hopefully that background maintenance happening today might solve it but don’t get your hopes up)

Me too, showed i still had a little bit of time left to complete for it then i quit, reloaded later on and i was suddenly on my way to snowman but no lantern in inventory.

This is a known issue and Nexon is working to resolve it. Your progress is being correctly tracked and all players will receive any missing trinkets.

For now you can open a ticket with Nexon Support if you haven’t already.
