Laggy lobby server

So I’m getting this thing whenever I join a server the lobby is frozen and when game starts its all fine but when I press alt and tab I get out than go back in its fine for like 2 secs than starts again

Alt tabbing out of the game always causes lag until u die, for the rest of the problem idk.
