Hello.
The South AM servers continuous lagging, 4 days and nothing, no answers and no forecast of end of this bug. The lag started in 02/02/2016. I sent a request of support and i posted at the forum, but , haven’t solutions. Any moderator can help fix this ?
Ping before: 52/60.
Ping now: 160/170.

I’m sure they’re working on it. It appears to be a mistake in labeling in my opinion, or maybe something else.
TI thought I saw some actual SA servers (where my ping would be like 200+), but I don’t see them right now. The SA servers seem to have disappeared other than a couple. The servers give me the same ping I would have in a U.S. East server (where I live), so that’s why I thought it was a labeling mistake, but I’m not sure how servers work so it could be something else.
There’s been a lot of threads made on the forum discussing the issues with the SA servers in the past month. Hopefully it all gets resolved.
…also, they crash all the bloody time right when the match is about to end causing me to lose all my exp. It’s very annoying since I usually play in US East where I ping about 120~150, and whenever I want to pay a visit to our servers I get a marvelous 4~20 ping (which gives me the impression that all of the SA servers are in my city, São Paulo) which is quite a refreshing experience, but nowadays I rarely even bother joining them since there will be guaranteed crazy lag spikes and server crashes.
