LA Servers is really a renamed USA Server?

I use to play en LA servers with 60ping (i can play), now the LA servers have 200 ping (i cant play), USA servers have 200 ping too. I belive LA servers is a USA server renamed.

SA servers are actually in USA too,

They want to save money

Previously I could play with 30 ping, now i need to play with 190 =P

Already for more than a month that we have this problem and they are even trying to solve
