Knifing afk team mate

(HeSheWee) #1

I’ve seen others knife and hit people on the same team as them that are afk at spawn, cause I’ve found that there is a point to it cause knifings just a bit louder (for me at least) when you get knifed so maybe they aren’t looking then hear themselves getting knifed and then pay attention? I dunno.
anyone else here do this? just wondering if its just me and a few others cause I’ve only seen a few do this

If they’re AFK then they wont pay any attention to what you do. Better to have the other person playing then having TWO people not doing anything useful…

For me it’s just a way to vent. If I spawn behind him I knife once when I pass him. I don’t stop to repeatedly knife because that’s like being afk yourself.

Maybe the afker just felt asleep and knifing him will wake him up, who knows.
Maybe the afker just had a heart stroke in which case a medic would be more advised, like Aura.

A large portion of afk teammates usually haven’t even loaded into the game. The downside to PC gaming is not everyone can afford the best hardware. But them skyhammer that stand around with their thumb up their arse doing nothing deserve to be castrated with a spoon.

A… heart stroke?

I’d kinda like that, even if it doesn’t make any sense, cause I have a habit of knifing fire support and medics if they ignore my plead for stuff

Usually a kick vote brings afkers back to the game.

Knifing is now the international sign for:
Stop messing, walk straight, move and give ammo!

Thanks everyone, just was wondering if I was one of the very few who do do this but now I don’t feel as alone with this, Cheers, Hope to see you all around in game

Watch your back, shoot straight, conserve ammo, and never cut a deal with a dragon.

I will knife people sometimes when they have been ignoring me asking for ammo because sometimes it makes them think, “why is he knifing me” and then they remember they can give ammo. Not always but it works from time to time.
