Quick knife stab now works when the knife weapon bank is selected (thanks!), but there is now a problem that gets you stuck in a stabbing loop or unable to stab when expected.

If you do several repeated slashes (mouse1) wait for the animation to finish then do several repeated stabs (quick knife) then it works as expected.

If you do several repeated slashes (mouse1) then do several repeated stabs (quick knife) but try to start the stabs slightly before the the slashes have finished then the slashes will finish however the stabs won’t start, you have to release quick knife and press it again to initiate the stabs.
I would have expected that the last slash animation should finish then immediately go into doing several repeated stabs. -
If you do several repeated stabs (quick knife) then do several repeated slashes (mouse1) but try to start the slashes slightly before the the stabs have finished then the stabbing will continue even though you have released the quick knife key and the slashes will not start, you get stuck in a stabbing loop, you have to release the release mouse1, press and release quick knife again to get the loop to stop.
I would have expected that the last stab animation should finish then immediately go into doing several repeated slashes.
