When I play as Kira and land the laser, sometimes the target location of the laser changes to blue or black square and I am unable see and aim towards the location is there a way to solve this? Am I the only one having this problem?

Are your drivers all up to date? Any common pattern behind when it happens? Is it more likely to happen during a long session rather than the first game or two that you play?

drivers are all up to date and I dont really think there is any common patterns and yes it does happen after a long session, but not all the time.
No idea about this one. Most likely client side.
I know Radeon has a shader problem, but you appear to have a GTX card.
I have seen this issue on my client as well(yesterday). Definitely a local graphics issue. Unsure of what the resolution is, but it doesn’t happen everytime. I have only see it on Trainyard once and three times on Chapel(Same match). Doesn’t happen with every laser for me, just some of them. Appears to trigger when there are a lot of explosions, etc. going on so probably being overworked a bit. Most likely fixed with further optimization of the game is my guess.
Yes it happens when there are a lot of actions going on and I do hope your guess is correct. And I was just worried if it is my graphic card that is having the issues other than the client (not blaming the game).
There’s always the trusty “Verify Game Cache” in Steam. But it does sound like an Optimization issue. I’ve even seen Kira’s Laser go invisible.
This is a different bug than the one mentioned above. If Kira’s laser gets blocked VERY high up(like the top of the tower at the end of Chapel) it will then be invisible for the remainder of that use. Very painful and annoying bug, in particular if a Kira player decides to exploit it.
