Are all the cobalt cards of Kira have the katana?

Cobalt cards have the same 9 loadouts as the lower rarities, so only 3 out of the 9 have the katana.

you know cough from bronze to cobalt the only thing that change is the skin fly away

they should make that more visable, some coughmostcough ignore stuff like that, it took me really 1 hour to realize that, it isnt that hard ;-;
