I think he is. He just doesn’t conform to most people’s K:D oriented play style.

Well, if one can’t maintain decent k:d while playing assault class it rather shows one’s incompetence and/or to a lesser extent, limited merc viability. Of course one can try and clutch with ingenious flash placement, but clutching with stoker/kira/sky/arty/frag happens way more often.
