maby you could be invulnerable to damage for a couple of seconds after spawning?
It has been like that in both ET and ETQW so I wouldn’t wonder at all if it is in Brink as well. It doesn’t really change that much about spawnkilling though.

Invulnerable when changing at a command post? I can understand having that at spawn, or when getting revived but not so much for command posts.

Ye, immagine people under fire and near cp, they jump into it having a nice shield, then wait for enemy to get bored and exit.

Everything should come at a cost. Like deploying a turret in et:qw, you can get killed if it takes you longer than 1 sec.

the way I see it, the command post is a “concienence” to players. It does all the things the limbo menu does, instantly in-game. It is essentially providing a service for the player - this coupled with the team bonuses associated witch capturing them, I say if you go to use one and get killed, it serves you right. You made the choice to use one in the middle of a war, it’s a fair price to pay for what it provides the player with. If you don’t want to worry about getting killed, use the limbo menu.
