Kicked for "Squad Loadout containing invalid items"

Why, how or what causes this? I don’t have anything that SHOULD be triggering it.
Is it just a bug?

Unfortunately I closed the screen the moment it came up so that I could rejoin the game. If it happens again, I’ll be sure to screenshot.
I can only relate the events in order of how they happened.
The had just begun and we were rushing towards the objective. I tossed a stickybomb and blew it up, then the game froze and kicked me to the menu. A little menu popped up and said something about my squad loadout containing invalid items. I could rejoin the game and it hasn’t happened again, but I have had a lot of instances of being kicked to the menu lately.
The console only had the words PROFILEGAME STOP.

I know this happen to a friend a few times, last time it happened to him when managing his squad while looking for a competitive match, then in the match we were 5vs1, the 1 was me :worried:

If you get an error like that again, if you click the icon next to the text it sometimes gives a detailed list of information regarding the error. grab a screenie of that too if you can.

I don’t want to say I hope it happens again, because that’s backwards, but I hope that the problem comes up again so it can be fixed or rooted out. Don’t want it popping up anymore!
I’ll be sure to screenshot everything if it happens again!
