KICKED DUE TO A GAME SECURITE VIOLATION.

Hello, i can play like 3 min and than i will get kick every time .I dont use cheats or hacks. Can anyone help me what is wrong XD

Hey there.

Nexon Game Security (NGS) may crash rarely but every three minutes isn’t normal.
It would be very helpful if you could tell us what you are running in the background.
Even simple overlays like Mumble or Overwolf can hinder NGS resulting in the mentioned message.
That isn’t always the case, though.

I’ve been having this issue ever since I began playing a month or so ago. I’ve only ever had about two days where it DIDN’T happen. It’s EXTREMELY frustrating. And apparently the devs don’t care so much, since they closed the thread where people were reporting it. I have nothing running in the background, besides Steam. If that’s what’s killing it, then this game has even bigger problems than it seems to have. I’m going to end up completely quitting the game if I can’t ever play it.

I have been in contact with the support but they stopped answering. Been having this problem since the last game update. I have sent them my task manager processes, my steam profile. Reinstalled, validated install on steam, deleted the shooter games folder. Nothing works! It is very annoying, especially since I have put money into the game.

The reason why the threads were closed isn’t because SD or Nexon want to push the problem under the table and pretend nothing happens but rather because a main one exists.
It’s pretty obvious that having one universal thread is more useful than several where responses are flying all over the place.

I understand your frustrations guys but sometimes it’s hard to track down an issue.
This is a complete shot in the dark but perhaps connection issues could cause it from time to time?
Atleast that’s what I experienced. I had lag or a very short disconnect and then I got kicked.
