key won't activate with steam

I’m a founding member and my key will not work with steam! Am i able to get a new one? Thx!

When did you get the key? The previous keys used with nexon launcher are no longer active. You have to apply for a new steam key. For more information, please read:

The key i have in email is dated back to may… i purchased the game back when the first test came out. founder. i received legendary pack in the mail etc!

check you email, spam folder too, original testers should have a Steam key, it will be sent by Nexon though
