Keep getting banned

Hello,

There must be huge problems with the ban mechanism with this game.

Today I received a 3 day ban for disconnecting a matchmaking game due to a powersurge. What the hell is up with that? How is this even possible?

Not only will I miss out on the event this weekend, but I don’t get to play at all.

Is there a moderator/gamemaster/admin/whatever that can lift my ban?
I’ve submitted a ban appeal but haven’t gotten an answer yet.

I know this is beta, but god damn.

You are not banned from playing Dirty Bomb, only competitive matchmaking. You can still play on public servers.

It also doesn’t jump to a 3 day ban all at once. You most likely have other ‘offenses’. I know a power surge is something that is out of your control and shouldn’t be considered an ‘offense’ by the system, but it isn’t like DB knows when you lose power. It only knows that you disconnected from a competitive game in progress.
