I bought a 2nd Kate (THE therapist). Hoping that her grenade effect would be doubled, but this seems not to be THE case. Does anyone know if this does have a double effect?

At the moment you can stack Kate’s poison DoT with Juan’s fire DoT but AFAIK they don’t stack with themselves. You can wait for Kate #1’s poison to wear off then reapply it with Kate #2 if you like or use Kate #2 to poison people Kate #1 could not hit.
Proposed changes in the next patch may also stop Kate’s DoT from stacking with Juan’s - only one will be in effect at any given time if the changes go ahead. You can read more about this here:

Currently, the only stackables are with separate soldiers (Ivan, Kate, and Jaun).

Yesterday I got four team members hit with Kate’s toxic, Juans flamer, Ivan’s concussion and the leaders bees!
It was like each toon having there own disco lighting, and very demoralising, that affects last so long- I of course didnt last long…I’m kinda glad upcoming changes will give the balance stopping the clones

I think it’s a slightly different hue depending on the order of the stack? The mood ring of death?
