First, is there a way to force the game to run at 120hz, either via launch commands or through the config?

Second, is there a command for mouse input. I’m an old quake player and I would like to enable some sort of acceleration (.25), but I am not familiar with the unreal engine.

If you are talking about mouse acceleration, it should be in the options menu already.
