Summary: 'Product has already been launched' pops up first time shortcut is double-clicked from desktop
Details: Seems to have only started happening the last 3 days or so. Double-clicking the Extraction icon on the desktop pops starts the launcher, but pops up a warning that the 'product has already been launched' only it hasn't. Quitting the launcher and trying again seems to fix it until the next reboot (I don't have the launcher auto-starting btw).
