Just played against a hacker (you're going to love this)

Was just playing against this dude that was blatantly hacking. Went to report him and he blocked it so I couldn’t report him. LMAO

I clicked on all ofthe other players and the option pulled up to report, but hot him.

Hackers win, i give up.

Was it in the post-match screen? I had the same problem once. Not sure if the player in question was hacking or the screen just had a booboo.

it was during the match AND post match. I tried both

In the last years in DB, I’ve seen hackers beeing able to block votes, block reports, even put people in other teams. Either some administrator-feature they use or even worse.
With the level of competence shown, I wouldn’t play this game on a machine, I do important stuff on.

Ive had isues before as well where right mouse doeant work with a hacker in game @stayfreshshoe @Pinflux how is this even possible

i think i had ecountered this kind of hack a really long time ago.

but whats different than this one is if you cast a vote against him he can instantly cancel the vote and he can kick you out of the game also with an instant vote.

i havent had anyone got this kind of hack, Hell, i havent meet a hacker for a really long time.

I haven’t had anything as bad as that, but here are my two favourite experiences:

  • Floating invincible proxy with no animations, who just went flying around like vitruvian man bashing people to death with a cricket bat.
  • In a ranked match, this sparks was somehow able to headshot us with a fully charged revivr from literally anywhere in the map

The must common hacks I know in db are “aimbot” and “wallhack”.

I’d say the bigger part are the lagswitchers/netlimiterers and so on. But it’s hard to be sure with the servers themselves performing like special dipshit in populated times.
So I am simply reporting everyone who’s got no problem hitting people while themselves beeing nearly unable to hit or getting no or only partly damage.

Honestly that makes me wonder how many times I’ve been reported, lol. I used to have really inconsistent internet, and it still isn’t great. Sometimes I’d be fine, then my ping would just fly into the roof. I have gotten a few kills while lagging like shit, but knowing what it’s like to be really laggy, I’m pretty sure the vast majority of players that seem to be lagswitching aren’t actually doing it on purpose, it’s just DB being stupid

Dunno, when I am laggin because someone here is downloading stuff, I am instantly unable to hit anything right, movement gets rubberbandy.
Other thing when I was playing on non-EU-servers with high ping. Headshots everywhere even way off the cross, still others beeing unable to hit me. But all of this with a high ping shown on the scoreboard.
So, if people have a more or less stable low ping, still you can’t hit them while getting ripped apart by their bullets, or they start warping around while reloading or beeing near death, I report.
If I report someone not doing it on purpose, because this shitty netengine is overcompensating, sorry, but it’s not my job to sort that mess out. I even commmented on that until some time ago with “either lagging or cheating”, but I gave that up.
