finished a game left the lobby and was infromed i had a arsenal crate and a normal crate so i went into my items tab to check out this new crate and there was only a normal crate in there
just hit level 7 and my arsenal crate vanished

When you reach level 5 you receive an arsenal crate which is locked until level 7.
If you don’t have it in your inventory please contact support via the following link.
They are able to give you it.

also double check your filters. Clear them if it says you can. Some times some fo teh new stuff gets filtered out i noticed.
