Phantom get smurfed and he is pretty cool like this, he is not OP, but just a little bit underpowered, I think he just need a little improvement on his shield. His shield need to be a little more invisible.
Because sometime, when I play Phantom and I use the shield, when I stay in a corner (/don’t walk) and I move just a little little little bit my crosshair, people see me and directly shoot on me. 
(Even sometimes when I don’t move)
Phantom is cool but he just need a more invisible shield.
