Just a Few things I'd like to list

So I came back to play a few days ago and I have really been enjoying this game. There are however certain things that I would like to suggest and strongly urge that be implemented into the game.

Features

  • A player statistic page showing the amount of kills, deaths, revives, c4 plants/defuses, etc…
  • Amount of time played
  • The ability to open crates during lobby time ( gets really annoying having to give up my spot in a server so I can go open my cases).
  • Player progression shown below your profile picture rather than at the end of each match.
  • I know K/D is a touchy subject for a lot of “objective” players out there, but its not cool to alienate those who would like to see where their k/d stands from time to time. It doesn’t need to be a focal point, just so long as you can view it somehow.

Balance

  • Currently this game is in a state of Female base master race. Being they have the highest movement speed in the game and some of the most irritating abilities. Yes each Merc needs to be unique but at the moment their speed is just too fast and just too overpowered.
  • Sky hammer’s ability is very fun to use and is in a semi-good state. I feel that instead of it being a barrage of bombs that it just be one larger bomb that has a smaller AOE then the current one does. I’ve wiped entire enemy teams off the map in a matter of seconds ( and have had it done to me) and it is just… not right.
  • Fragger is the truly one of the most infuriating mercs to play against right now (god forbid what is going to happen when rhino hits the scene). His nades are insanely potent and really really need to be reigned in a bit. As for his tankiness my suggestion is that the mercs that have a higher capacity to take damage on their bodies to balance that they should have slightly larger head shot hit boxes then the rest of the others. So that the fool who shoots him in anywhere below the neck will suffer and the one that aims for the eyes gets the prize. This may already be the case but a slight increase is in order.
  • Aura’s AOE heal is a disc of iWin. Anyone standing in it can tank damage from so many places at once and still be able to dish out damage. Either reduce the amount of HP gained per second or make it so that you are only healed once you haven’t taken damage for 1.5-2secs.
  • Nader is really really spammy. That’s a foregone conclusion to every one. All I’m saying is that that spamminess needs to be reeled in. Instead of her having a full arsenal of grenades to launch every 60 seconds it feels like, make it so that she only gets 3 grenades in total and the refresh rate is at the very least halved. You could make an ability to one of the load out cards that gives her the ability to have 1-2 extra nades.

Shopping

Right now the store prices are a mess. $ 5.99- $9.99 for a single merc is just too much. Now if you made those items actually worth that money that’s a different subject. Instead of viewing buying a merc as a single item purchase, it should really be a package sort of thing. You get the merc and several cases that have any rarity chance but it is only of that merc. So if I buy a Fragger for $10 I should get 5 cases along with it. 3 cases being Lead to Gold rarity, 1 case with the chance at a legendary ( I think that’s a real thing?), and 1 crafting case. What I mean by crafting case is you can get a case with a random item. This item can be an ability or a weapon( each weapon would of course be locked to the class that goes with it so that no Rhino or Fragger would using one of the smgs). So I bought Fragger, I got a gold load-out card and a weapon from the crafting case. I can then switch out the weapon on the gold card with the one I got from the crafting case if the original one isn’t to my liking. Get where I’m going with this?

Right now you hardly make any Credits. At all. You have to play a good 10+ games to even make close to 1500 credits. This is grindy. Really really grindy. Being this game is an Arena FPS the kind of players who you are trying to attract have a really low tolerance for grindy. All I’m saying is if at least an additional 20ish % could be added to wining a round it would make it easier to accept grinding but not affecting it so that it doesn’t feel like a player doesn’t need to use real money. And being that there is going to be so many mercs at around release or during it I don’t feel Dirty Bomb will be losing money if you increase it.

Loadout Cards

There’s already several threads talking about this but its good to have as many reminders as you can. They suck.

These are my current standings on the things we have available to us presently. Any and all items/content left out is because I don’t see a huge problem with them.
