Doesn’t it seem way too high as it is? The number of “good players” who just jump around is insane, and this is particularly applicative to Aura and Proxy, where they can just run, jump, and one shot you for days. It gets annoying real fast.
All it takes is a jumping Aura to ruin my day. Fast, hard to hit, and tons of damage, its ridiculous and I have to resort to blatant bodyshotting.
So what do you guys think? Are guns to accurate while jumping?
No. One of the biggest reasons I play this game is movement gives no accuracy penalty. It’s great.
It actually does, in the case of jumping it is really different, especially with shotguns.
Movement being jump spam? It’s irritating and gives the jumper the upper hand most of the time, and I don’t see how jumping and shooting a gun can even be slightly realistic at all. And yea, the game isn’t realistic, but jump shooting got removed from vassili. Maybe you are just a level 20 Aura user who jumps all over the place killing people, but it’s insane when I encounter these people. I expect them to be good, but all they can do is jump spam to avoid my bullets, and then just fire back.
Well it’s low. I mean it’s not like all the realism shooters where if you try to shoot while moving you end up shooting behind you or something stupid.
this is a fast paced fps and you are asking for guns to do not have 100% accuracy while doing skill jumps?
“Skill jumps”? Have you ever encountered the type of player I’m talking about? There is no skill involved.
Apparently they are more skilled than you?
There is compensation in game for jumping. Once you’ve jumped twice your movement slows to a crawl. You know this already, you’re just frustrated. I get that, happens to me to.
…I’m still gonna jump-shotgun phantoms in the face all day though.
