July 14th Merc Rotation Prediction :o

(Just_A_Waffle) #1

I have been doing some thinking lately, for example, how can we maintain jobs in the future when technology will eventually make many workers unneeded.

Oh, and also I was thinking about the July 14th merc rotation.

The totally 90% sure prediction
Objective class -Fletcher (Since this week was Proxy, and last rotation was Bushwaka, this is the only leftover objective specialist)
Damage Class -Kira (From what I know, Kira has never been on free rotation, where as RHino has.)
Support -Arty OR SawBonez (Don’t believe SawBonez has been in free rotation for awhile.)

THink I am mentally insane?
Do you think you are a better psychic than me?

Post your prediction below.
For every merc you guess correctly, you get a picture of a cat.

I have a feeling Phantom will be on the next rotation…

(insightfulHelicopter) #3

kira and sawbones were in the first free rotation of open beta, I think the third one was fragger.
My guess is Fletcher, Phantom and Arty.

(Eddie) #4

i’d say Phantom, Fletcher and Kira. However i won’t be playing then … Theres enough phantoms now just to think about the amount of phantoms then just makes me sick

(Potato_Ladder) #5

Unless Splash Damage can send out a nerf patch as the rotation arrive if not I say most of us will be taking a break for a while.

(Gi.Am) #6

Phantom is pretty much a given considering that a. he is new and new mercs end up in the next rotation b. SD propably want to gather as much echo data about him as possible before they start tweaking him.

Fletcher, well there has been a rotation without an engineer but yeah they propably want to avoid that backslash this time so I would go with fletcher aswell.

third spot hmm not sure. Kira has been in rotation after her release I would propably go with someone that hasn’t been in there for quite some time. Propably Fragger (tho with that insane giveaway the point is a bit moot) or Arty or Sawbonez.

So my guess

Phantom
Fletcher
Arty

(Daergar) #7

Phantom and no other mercs available.

(frzn) #8

All other characters become locked for the next 2 weeks as well.

(Eox) #9

Phantom. And you do not care about the rest : your games will be full of Phantoms anyway.

(Jostabeere) #10

I don’t get why people hate Phantom. He is slow, easy to headshot.

(RuleofBooKz) #11

people dont hate ghost boy its just good players dont like easy mode or blatant un-balanced mercs - it just gets dull after awhile - so what to see him get a few considered nerfs

bad player however are always looking for easy mode because they just want to rack up kills because using a balanced merc means they are always bottom of the list

guess who piles onto the forums to champion "their new favorite merc’?

(LifeupOmega) #12

Mercs? Phantom is a given, they always do this. Kira probably will be too as they’ve never been on free. And I expect an objective specialist so Fletcher is probably correct too.

(everyone needing a job to survive is an awful mindset and we need to progress past it with technology so rapidly replacing a workforce)

(Nail) #13

good players have Phantom counters, bad players don’t, so they play him

(AnimeDude) #14

kira was in rotation right before rhino. I bet fletcher, arty, phantom

(Para) #15

Fletcher, Arty, and Sawbonez

(bontsa) #16

Surely hope Arty will be, so even more data can be gathered on how to help him out of the deep, riddled dungeons of abandoned videogame characters. He needs some love but ain’t played enough for it :< Less data, less tweaks.

Sawbonez and Kira were “just” in rotation sooo… Phantom for the sake of more juicy pick-up stages of theatre and datadatadata. And sticky situations arise in both player base’s pants and battlefield with Fletcher.

Hehe well if Phantom goes free we will really learn how to deal with him…

Yeah play Phantom and go invis.

(Just_A_Waffle) #19

Dat moment when Phantom inevitably becomes free rotation…
