Joining a match and getting "refreshing account"

Every time I join a server I get a “refreshing account” message and them I’m shot back to the main menu. The “Latest News” tab is also completely blank. I’ve tried verifying the game cache, reinstalling, restarted my comp. all that good stuff and none of it seemed to work.

Any suggestions?

im getting the same thing. not my comp cuz dragon nest loads near instantly, also why the hell is my name flowerystyle?

now its saying failed to connect to server
