After 240 hours I have finally earned the elusive Godlike badge. For curiosities sake, if you’ve been Godlike before, explain how you did it. For me I was a Rhino in underground holding down the first objective with the help of 4 Auras.

Your next goal, objective only.

My best one rather than my first - Bushwhacker on Chapel. He had just been released so people were still getting used to him. We were just at the 2nd objective and the EV arrived a moment before. I had my turret setup to face the route to the third objective at the base of the wall while I moved to the other corner.

Pretty much the attackers went to flood past towards the objective and my trusty little turret and I mowed them down. Repeatedly. God bless pubs. It took them a good 2 spawn waves to clear me out completely. I got a lot of badges in that fight.

If I want an easy godlike I just play Kira, though playing her makes me feel bad.

I always get so close to getting godlike when playing Phoenix, but then there’s that one sniper that just headshots me.

Most of my Godlikes:
Nader - My first Godlike was with Nader and probably by nading (got one or two more before I stopped playing with her)…
Fletcher - Later switched to this guy and got couple of them (also mostly stickies)…
Fragger - K121 + Nades = miracle (yet I switched to M4 later)
Red Eye - Got it once with melee loadout by playing only with melee weapon… (this was best one)

My first Godlike was using redeye with the grandeur. I just happened to be in the perfect match and the enemy team wasn’t pushing enough so I was able to sit back and pick them off and even help up my teammates with the smoke as cover. Probably wouldn’t have gotten it against a better team.

I’m not sure, I don’t really pay attention to that kind of shit. I just see it flash and I just think, “hmm, ok, cool” and continue playing the game. Sometimes I don’t even notice it until the reward screen at the end of a match. So out of curiosity, how many kills is godlike?

(watsyurdeal) #11

15 kills without dying

(Snakus) #12

First one with Proxy, going ham in a turret with the turret perk and then some shotty flanking.

(RyePanda) #13

Welcome. I played Fragger on Trainyard and just held the bridge as Attackers.

(JonSnow) #14

Somehow did it with Arty on Chapel while defending the building.
My Stark-AR was on fire this whole game popping heads left and right. I ended up with 18k xp i believe (in objective mode)

I think back then I got around 120h into the game.

A day without a godlike is a lost day… In general every defense is making it possible. Attacking is tricky for me since Im dying at the front or winning. Retreating is not exactly my playstyle

Also Stopwatch makes A LOT easier since you always know when enemy waves are coming. Objective makes it feel random, due to the dynamic respawn timers.

Just load into a public game. Free godlike

(blisteringOwlNest) #17

Got my first godlike as well today  a well placed turret pretty much helped me take out the team

(OmaGretel) #18

Sparks. Chapel. Easy mode.

(BananaSlug) #19

I ve played fragger and stomped other team it took me few hours

At the risk of sounding like a complete dick…

I’m pretty sure I got Godlike in one of my first matches after I got ‘used’ to this game’s slightly wonkier framerate/aim handling. I’m an experienced player, ex-EuroCup for Wolfenstein: ET, so aiming comes pretty naturally.

I get Godlike every other round now
