I tried to duo queue up with a friend today. We made it into the lobby and everything and got the ‘joining session’ screen, and then we got kicked back to our party, with the error message ‘join failed’, and we both had minor penalties for ‘not accepting a match’. I waited it out, because it was only 10 minutes or so, and then tried again with a different friend. Exact same thing happened, only the penalty was 20min for me this time.
I just restarted my game, but it’s not like I can test and see whether it’ll work or not while I’m penalized.
