Throwing knives is unlikely to come back, since it’s a scrapped content. While Javelin’s RPG is probably going to change (see how Turtle’s shield has evolved).
Personally, I’d be happy if it acted similarly to TF2 Soldier’s stock rocket launcher, any Quake vet’s wet dream.
