because i have 3 nader and 3 skyhamer (special loadout card) but i never use this merc 
this card are useless for me

At this point of time you can not recycle or delete your special edition loadout cards, no.
The developers do want to add a trading system but who knows when that might be.

you guys need to realize that special cards are really valuable even if you hate the merc you got the card for. People who join the game later than you will never have the chance of getting those cards/skins, think about that, and maaaaybe who knows? you will start to love Nader one day…
