For one, low sens, having some crazy high sens means you’ll have a harder time making small adjustments.
Tracking is the most important skill in this game for sure, to tell how good your tracking is, find an object in the game world, like a street light, sign, or a traffic cone, and try to keep your cross hair on it while moving, jumping, etc. Really push it, but keep that cross hair on target.
If it’s too hard to keep your aim steady on it, lower your sens, keep going till you can reliably keep it on target with little to no trouble.
Then, adapt to it, the great thing about muscle memory, or twitch aim, is that it’s all based on reflex. Over time, as you get better with it, you’ll find it easier and easier once your body knows exactly how much it needs to adjust to land that shot.
Also, twitch aim is only useful for shotguns and close range sniping, everything else is tracking, and strafing too, where you don’t even move the mouse, you just strafe toward the enemy while keeping your mouse perpendicular to where his head is at.
To make it even easier, use mousesensitivity.com, type in your current settings, and turn your sens down a notch, little by little, till you get to your ideal sens. I also recommend basing it on centimeters per 360.
