When trying to report a hacker it probably takes more time filling out all the info to report it, than it does for the hacker to just create a new account. A lot of this could be avoided if there was an in game report function. You could simply select the players name and choose to report them. This would give you the players name, server info, etc. and would really only require you to fill in a description of what they were doing. It also helps with the way hackers like to name themselves something that is difficult to read or reproduce in the report section online. To avoid spam you can give people a limited number of reports that refresh with games played or with a report that led to a successful ban.

If i didn’t also get 3 emails every time i report someone i’d be so happy. I know you can’t tell me if they’re banned, I don’t need confirmation and i’m not going to do a survey for a copy paste reply.

To receive a copy paste reply and still have the blatant hackers around is beyond annoying, but typical of Nexon.
There is apparently a report function on the way.
