Item/ability throw bug

Resume,
I often have bug when i throw sticky bomb with fletcher, or mine with proxy, and recently i experienced the same thing with stoker’s molotov and even ammostation.
I do the ability, but for somewhat reason, when he does the animation of it, the item isn’t throw at all.

Very annoying in combat.

I also got this often. I play proxy a lot. When I place the mine I have the full animation and I hear the click of mine hitting ground but it’s still not there.
