Hello, I come here to discuss a situation of mine where I was supposed to get a code during this event where they guaranteed codes for those who signed up before a specific date (iirc it was January 25). Never got a code so I contacted support which then told me I would get a code in my email soon. I never did. Has anybody else had issues with not receiving a code which they should have received?
