Issue with Stoker's Molotov

Sometimes when I go to throw Stoker’s Molotov grenade it won’t throw. Not like the game is being unresponsive to my command to throw it, but the motion of Stoker throwing the grenade happens but the Molotov doesn’t come out. It seems to happen when I’m close to things such as walls or things that I could clip on.

This happens to me sometimes as well. But I just press the throw button again and it works. Is this the case for you or the cool down is restarted?

happend to me aswell a few times. i thought i was lag.
