Issue loading the game

Morning,

I currently cannot launch the game at all. I try and launch, shooter32.exe shows up in process tab NGS logo shows on my screen, then nothing. THe process just dies and game doesnt launch.

Im pretty sure rebooting my machine will help but I was wondering if you wanted a crash log of the issue before I do that to see whats going on. If so, how do I find one. Only crash logs I can find are months old.

I just rebooted my mahcine and the game still wont load. The process dies about 5 seconds after the NGS logo disappears.

I have never had issues launching the game before and I have not changed anything on my pc since i last played the game (a few days ago). How can I generate a crash log to see whats going on?

Thanks, I’ll try step 2. I tried step 1 last night but i cant launch the game in safe mode as it complains my video card isnt good enough. I’ll let you know if I fix it.

Adding my dirtybomb folder to the exceptions list solved it. I use AVG. I still find it weird that I have been playing the game since the first week of open beta, and using AVG since then too and it only causes a problem now.
