Is there anyway to make earning credits easier

(Captain_Squirtle) #1

Maybe this is just me but i think earning credits is a little difficult i mean how come when i have a really good game do i only get like 100 credits at most i know there are credit boosters but i just cant afford it right now so if you can consider raising the rate you earn credits i think it will make unlocking new stuff easier for players like me who cant spend money on games right now. P.S. to anyone who might complain that im just crying this is just my opinion and honest feedback for the devs so please be reasonable

Don’t buy credit boosters ever, you’re much better off buying what you want with the money.

Do your missions.

The credits you get are based on time spent in game. You have to focus on daily bonuses - play one round of obj mode and one round of stopwatch mode every day plus win one game every day. That’s 1500 credits. Next up, grind the missions, do more missions and then some more.

Hello Captain_Squirtle o/

The best way to make easy credits is from missions and daily “firsts”. As you have noticed, you pretty much get between 80-150c per match, possibly 200c if it’s a REALLY good Stopwatch match, or something… but, you get my point.

So, how to make credits?

Daily “Firsts”:

  • Complete your first objective game of the day - 500c
  • Complete your first stopwatch game of the day - 500c
  • Your first win of the day (can be in either stopwatch or objective) - 500c
  • Complete your first competitive match of the day - 500c

(Someone might correct me on the competitive one, as I never play competitive due to the wide-spread hackers in it right now, but I am fairly sure the competitive “first” exists. If not, my mistake!)

Looks like there is no extra bonus for “first competitive match”, my bad!

Missions:

  • 1 star mission - 500c
  • 2 star mission - 750c
  • 3 star mission - 1000c

These rotate on a 3 hour cycle and you can be rewarded with anywhere between 1500c and 3000c, every 3 hours! If you complete your missions, I would honestly recommend taking a break and returning on the next mission cycle.

Hope this helps! c:

UPDATE: Also, as Clown said, NEVER buy credit boosters, because they only boost the credits you earn per match (it doesn’t include missions or rewards), and even if it doubles your credits from 100, to 200, or 150 to 300, it isn’t really worth the price:return ratio. You’re better off just buying the mercs out-right for real money if you are going to spend anything at all!

Pretty sure competitive mode counts as stopwatch. No extra bonuses from it.

I think you know that already, but in case you don’t… You earn money by time played in game… i think 1 min equals to 12 credits, and you also get very little amaunt of credits from xp you earned in game (but it’s nothing compared to time)…
Just do missions and credits will come with time

tl:dr - Don’t grind, its a waste of time. Just do daily missions for efficiency.

Play the game with missions every 3 ours.

@Faraleth did a great job summarizing. If you do that, you’ll easily be making around 5000 credits in an hour or so, depending on which missions you get.

I would add that it doesn’t hurt to log in even if you’re not going to play, to ditch some of the less rewarding or more annoying missions, and hope for better ones next time you play.

@GregHouseMD Hey! Thanks for that extra bit, I quoted you at the end of my post about ditching the unwanted missions, even if you aren’t going to play :3 hope you don’t mind! (I quoted, as opposed to actually stealing the info) ^.^

Just play the game.
