Played many source based games over the years and im wondering does dirty bomb have a console?

Also can I record my pov demo like in csgo/tf2 etc?

tilde or the home button opens up the console.

Yes, there is a console.
I read you have to press ~ to open it.

When using a german keyboard you need to press รถ
