is there a console command for no ability cool down in offline map?

set SGPlayerSetCooldown m_AbilityCoolDowns (m_autorate=10) | set SGCooldownComponent m_energycost (0) | set SGInventoryManager bInfiniteAmmo true

It removes all cooldowns and gives you infiniteammo, just copy paste all of that in the console.
