Afaik you can just load maps in their original state but you can’t interact with them/do objectives

There’s something you can do.

Copy all of this and paste it in your console once you are in an offline server :

set SGGameInfo Timelimit 999 | set SGGameInfo m_minplayers 1 | set SGTeamInfo respawntime 0 | set SGTeamInfo m_minimumrespawnwaittime 0
