I would be very grateful if they could sort out disconnection problems in eu server (i dont know about US ones)
So things like this doesnt happen, as it is very frustrating. Especially on good games that have less than 1 minute left

Is it just me getting these problems? I know a couple of my friends do, but what about other people?
is SD aware of problems in eu servers?
Itās been happening for months. Started happening in Aussie long before EU. I think I reported this issue back in November on the Aussie servers. It still happens too, and weāve had no update as of why yet.
Arenāt those Nexons servers and not SDs servers? Iām quite sure Nexonās hosting servers for their games.
You mean the situation where all players on the server get the āconnection lostā message and the game then resumes after a couple seconds? Ohh yes, this is an awesome feature!
Though I have only noticed it on Execution servers. But on the weekend it happend over 10 times:/

That is either a server crash or your connection. Could be both.
But I feel you, I also lost a mission refill cycle yesterday due to a crash.
The hickups however are definitly a server issue.
Iāve had it happen quite a few times recently on US servers myself. The server actually crashing and booting all of us to the main menu and where it just lags for about 5 seconds and resumes.
Nexon hosts the servers but the issue might be network/local hardware related (Nexon issue) or it might be the server software screwing up (SD problem). I know they are aware of issues but it always helps to cite exactly which server you were on and the time/time zone it happened so they can check logs. So if you see the issue write down what the name of the server is before you get disconnected and post it here.

If it comes up with the lost connection screen, how would I find out which server Iām on?
Press Tab to see the scoreboard. There you see the server name. This does work even during the connection lost status, before you get finally disconnected.
So does the screenshot I took contain all the necessary info?[/quote]
In the top right you can see the server name. You played on EU Objective 7v7 - 07.
The time is not seen there, but thats something you can get from the screenshot file data.
Iāve been meaning to post about this a couple of times, but Iāve never really paid close attention to what exactly happens to the server.
I havenāt confirmed it yet, but I believe after the connection lost, the server closes completely and isnāt in the server list for a couple of minutes or so, or I just canāt find it. Also Iām curious if it might be happening to a few specific servers or is it actually random.
Usually this also happens in the later parts of the game. Could something in game crash the server? If thatās a possibility, I got a wild theory.

The server crashes due to X, while X can be pretty much anything. 3lazors at a time or a few ppl connecting at the same moment or grenades in the smoke or or or
So bring on your theory.
Yes, I play on EU server as Iām from the UK. I thought this could be caused my ISP (TalkTalk) but I do have fiber. On many occasion, Iām joining a match and next Iām sent back to gameās mane menu. Furthermore āConnection lost to serverā is consistent as Iāve seen it occur many times my self lately.

When that message comes up you can still press tab and see the scoreboard which shows the server name.

I didnāt notice it before but yes, it does
They even lost connection on Monday stream
I donāt see it getting solved through
Sad thing is itĀ“s quite terrible since the beginning of the week : monday evening,we got 6 crashes while playing with friends (so we know itĀ“s not coming from our side). And of course, we had stopwatch objectives⦠After 3 hours and two ce that number crashes, we ended up playing something elseā¦
My wild theory is that since the connection lost happens in the later parts of the game(at least from my personal experience), the server sometimes for some reason doesnāt register that the map got extended by completing an objective and has a stroke or something, shuts down and restarts. I only thought of it because when I have lost connection, it has always been during the later objectives, but I have never really paid attention to the objective timer so itās just a guess.
It might just be a coincidence as well. Can anyone recall if theyāve had connection lost during first objective? Would just like to narrow down the possibilities if possible.
