Is obj drop a bug or not?

When someone picks up the obj the announcement comes, its droped and picked up again and the announcement never comes again.

Is this a bug or planed?

The announcement only shows when it is grabbed from the place it spawns, and when it is dropped. This is likely to stop people from staying hidden until the announcement pops up saying the enemy has grabbed the objective, and then peeking out and delaying.

Yeah I was just wondering since you can pick it up, drop it, pick it up again and no one really knows the obj is on the go, not for certain that is.
